Правила и условия
We understand that plans can change. To provide flexibility while ensuring fair management of our reservations, please review our cancellation terms:
1. Standard Bookings- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to [24/48 hours] before the scheduled check-in date are free of charge.
- Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made within [24 hours] of the check-in date, a cancellation fee of 10% of booking or Fixed Amount will be charged.
- No-Show Policy: If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the full amount of the reservation may be charged.
2. Non-Refundable Bookings- For discounted or non-refundable bookings, cancellations or changes are not permitted. In case of cancellation or no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
3. Group Reservations (e.g., 5 rooms or more)- Group bookings have separate cancellation policies due to their scale. Cancellations for group bookings must be made 7-14 days prior to the check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: A cancellation fee of up to [Percentage or Fixed Amount] may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Special Events & Peak Seasons- During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, festivals, special events), cancellations must be made 7 days prior to check-in. Cancellations within this period may incur a 10 or Fixed Amount] fee.
